Prenatal Support

Now, more than ever, prenatal support is crucial. Education and knowledge are the keys to an empowered birth. I will answer your questions about what to expect, guide you through position practice, and demonstrate to your partner how to provide physical comfort.

Labor and Delivery Support

Continued Support until an hour after the birth

24 hour on-call availability beginning at 37 weeks

Access to materials helpful during birth, as well as guidance regarding recommended purchases to facilitate comfort
Though I may not be in the room physically, I am able to participate in your birth to whatever degree you need in every other way. Through continuous communication I can offer support to empower you as you ask questions, understand the process, and navigate each contraction. Your partner will benefit from tips as to how to assist you in the moment and encourage you with emotional support.
